2019 Booking & Availability
Applications for a paid stay* at our lodge for 2019 are allocated during a window from 1st – 14th October 2018.
All slots have now been allocated for the year 2019. Should there be any short term availability, these dates will be published on social media and below.
- You must be a serving and subscribing member of the Federation to apply.
- The available dates to purchase breaks at the lodge are available below.
- Dates are Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday (exclucing Christmas/New Year period).
- All applications must be by email using the approved booking form (Click Here) and sent to email@example.com. Put "Holiday " " in the subject line of the email.
- Submission of the application will be acceptance of the terms and conditions.
- Full payment must be made to TVP Federation within 7 days of confirmation email.
- Refunds only if slot is resold.
