2019 Booking & Availability

 

Applications for a paid stay* at our lodge for 2019 are allocated during a window from 1st – 14th October 2018.

All slots have now been allocated for the year 2019. Should there be any short term availability, these dates will be published on social media and below. 

Booking Process

  • You must be a serving and subscribing member of the Federation to apply.
  • The available dates to purchase breaks at the lodge are available below.
  • Dates are Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday (exclucing Christmas/New Year period).
  • All applications must be by email using the approved booking form (Click Here) and sent to enquiries@tv.polfed.org. Put "Holiday " " in the subject line of the email.
  • Submission of the application will be acceptance of the terms and conditions.
  • Full payment must be made to TVP Federation within 7 days of confirmation email.
  • Refunds only if slot is resold.
