This scheme, operated by the Force, is the equivalent of a whip round if someone dies. In the event of the death of a member of the scheme, £2 is deducted from the salary of all members of the scheme. £2,000 is immediately given to the beneficiary of the scheme, and then the remainder of the monies collected is handed over after the next pay run.

To join the scheme go to the Downloads section of this website complete the Federation Group Insurance Scheme Application Form making sure you tick the relevant box , and fill in the beneficiary details on the reverse of the form, in the section for the Death Benefit Scheme.
