Purchase Process
The following process details how members can take advantage of the exclusive savings:
Inform your Dealership immediately that you are eligible for the Fiat Group Affinity Scheme
Once you are ready to place an order contact your local Federation to request an application form, or alternatively you can download and complete the form from West Midlands Police Federation’s website www.westmidspolfed.com/member-services/services/?/Fiat-Group&cat1=Vehicles under Member Services. http://www.westmidspolfed.com/member-services/services/?/Fiat-Group&cat1=Vehicles
Once you have completed the form you’ll need to get it approved and stamped by your local Federation Office.
Send your completed and stamped form to Member Services, Guardians House, 2111 Coventry Road, Sheldon, Birmingham, B26 3EA, or alternatively fax it to . There is a £25 administration fee per application in order to add you onto the affinity scheme, which can be paid via card or cheque.
West Midlands Police Federation will send you a signed and stamped Authorisation Voucher which you give to your Dealership, or forward to your relative to take to their supplying Dealership, if applicable.
Your dealership is now able to order and register a vehicle using Voucher details which will include a unique reference number.

Established since 2005 Merseyside Police Federation and Vauxhall Associate Partners Programme offers significant discounts on new vehicles across the Vauxhall range, to Subscribing Federation Members, Retired Members, or members of Police Support Staff (including PCSO's and Specials)
Discounts on new vehicles vary depending upon make model and finance options, with many deals including 0% interest on finance, some even have free insurance for the first year, some offers include a finance deposit allowance.
Registration (for a single nominal charge of £20*) will give access to the scheme to yourself and up to 5 nominees from within your immediate family i.e.

To register all you need to do is complete a registration form, available from our website or from your dealer.
Your completed form should be countersigned by a local Federation Representative/Office, or if you are unable to access a Fed Rep/Office you can send a copy of your most recent payslip or pension advice as proof of status.
Once verified we will be able to accept your payment, which can be made by cheque with your application (payable to Merseyside Police Federation) or by debit or credit card over the telephone Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm only. Please note payment will not be taken until all paperwork is received
If you want to check the deals out before you register all you need to do is visit their website at www.partnersprogramme.co.uk and use the access code POLFED to enter the site.
But remember! You will need to be validated through Merseyside Federation before you can take advantage of the scheme. Vauxhalls will not be able to offer you a discount without a correctly completed registration.
Once completed all you need to do to access the deal is go along to your nearest dealer and tell them that you are a registered member of the scheme!
