Thames Valley Police Federation Joint Branch Board is made up of three separate rank boards; Constables Branch Board (CBB), Sergeants Branch Board (SBB) and Inspectors Branch Board (IBB).

The current structure of Thames Valley Police Federation allows for 6 Representatives, 2 of each rank on Berkshire East, Berkshire West, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Central Milton Keynes and Headquarters Departments have 3 Representatives, 1 of each rank. Additionally 3 Representatives, Women's Reserve Representatives cover the whole Force dealing with all Federation matters but focusing on female issues.
